This element is used during tubing phase in order to block and centre the flexible pipe. It is put on the top of the masonry chimney. If connected with a flexiblesingle wall female adaptor with internal anti-condensate thread it is able to give a practise connection with the flexible pipe. If correctly installed, it is able to prevent soot and atmospheric agents from entering into the interspace among the stainless steel chimney and the masonry chimney.
