This element is used during tubing phase in order to block and centre the single wall pipe. It is put on the top of the masonry chimney inserting the adaptor inside the flexible pipe. If correctly installed, it is able to prevent soot and atmospheric agents from entering into the interspace among the stainless steel chimney and the masonry chimney.
